Gen Y will add millions of new consumers to the banking system in the next few years. As a result, First Heritage wanted to start building awareness with this important demographic through a series of TV commercials. Instead of video, the first-person, "selfie-inspired" spots feature fast-changing still shots, over laying graphics, trendy music and targeted messages to appeal to a younger audience. The "life stages" theme reinforces the idea that the Credit Union has everything one needs to get a good start on life.
