Time for our last chapter in the series of Facebook Marketing seminar take-aways. Here’s a few pointers on social media monitoring you may find interesting:

* Google Alerts, a tool I always use to monitor my clients’ online reputations, can now dip into the Facebook world. It won’t necessarily allow you to connect with the Facebook page whose owner made a comment containing your keyword, but it will at least tell you what was said – SO HANDY! This trick could work for you, your clients, and let’s not forget your competitors…

* Backtype.com and Yacktrack.com will catch what Google misses in social media.
