For UHS Foundation, the Riger team suggested a more colorful and interactive annual appeal with stories that were revealed more and more with each unfold. We also segmented the mailing’s donor groups with both a personalized letter and gift array suggestion to drive maximum donations.
Connecting with donors during the holiday season is a key element to Community Foundation for South Central New York’s fundraising strategy. In 2023, the Foundation hired Riger to reimagine the style of their holiday annual appeal, to which we added more color, a photo of the fundraising team, photos of those impacted by the Foundation’s work, and recipient personalization. This engaging physical mail experience was then followed up with a matching eblast reminder.
